INTRODUCTION

The Mardom Tracking solution allows you to track the location of operators (external staff) and manage customer requests.
The solution uses three software:
MARDOM TRACKING (software for headquarters installed on pc)
MARDOM STAC (app for external staff installed on Android mobile phone)
CUSTOMER SUPPORT (app for customers installed on their Android and Apple mobile phone)

START
Before to access to MARDOM TRACKING, you need to install the app MARDOM STAC on your Android mobile phone.
After the registration on MARDOM STAC, exec MARDOM TRACKING on your pc and wait that Google Maps appears.
Then enter account and password used to register on Mardom STAC and press OK

pull down the menu to select one of 4 panels of MARDOM TRACKING.

Panel MAP:
It is updated in real time with the geolocalization of the operators and customer requests

Panel CUSTOMER DATABASE MANAGEMENT:
It allows you to enter and maintain the archive of customers and assign them a customer code and an Email.
EMAIL and CUSTOMER CODE will be used by the customer in order to use the app CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
The app CUSTOMER SUPPORT is available on APPLE STORE and on GOOGLE STORE.
Moreover, with this panel, you can assign to each customer a list of products and services installed at the customer.

Panel CONFIGURE APP CUSTOMERS:
It allows you to configure the app CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
You can to draw the main menu and to define which information the customer must enter when they send you a request.

Table customer requests.
each line on the map displays the icon (10)
When you select a row in this table, the customer information will be displayed (9)
When you click (8) will be displayed the detail of the customer's request.

Table of all operators who have registered on Mardom Stac.
When you select a row of this table, the operator's location on the map is displayed (11).
If the operator is not visible, you can send a notification to him using the button (7)

Every 1.5 minute the program asks the operator position and customer requirements by updating the tables (2) and (3).
By clicking on the bar (4) it is possible to shorten the verification time.
